The last close trip of the season will transport more than three hundred Cartagena fans to Valencia this Sunday. The black and white tide will support Julián Calero's team in the first of the last six finals for salvation, against Levante at the Ciudad de Valencia. The Federation of Peñas del Efesé (FPFCCT) closed its headquarters last night with the sale of practically all of the 362 available seats.
The match starts at 6:30 p.m. and will put an end to a season of important movements of the Albinegra fans through a good part of the fields of Spain. On September 2, October 23, December 10, February 3 and March 15 and 30, significant numbers of people were mobilized to Villarreal, Alcorcón, Elche, Albacete, Elda and Leganés, respectively.
After this match in Valencia there will only be two more trips for Cartagena and of greater distance: the one on May 19 to Eibar and the one on June 2 to Barcelona, against Espanyol. If those from Calero are able to save the category, the good news is that their fans can have up to three trips close to Almería, Granada and Castellón, without ruling out the possibility of going to Cádiz if the Cádiz people are relegated from First Division.
Cartagena has a lot at stake in this final stretch and, therefore, on Saturday the 4th (Cartagonova, 9:00 p.m.) there will be a promotion for subscribers with tickets (except in the stands) for 5 euros.
