Six-year-old Arian Arnold has been missing since Monday evening. Despite an intensive search with drones and search dogs, there is no trace of him.
Bremervörde – Arian Arnold, a six-year-old boy, has disappeared from his parents' home since Monday evening (April 22nd) and has been wanted by emergency services ever since. Since then, the police in Bremervörde-Elm have been searching for the missing boy with a large number of forces – more than 100 people are involved.
Six-year-old is missing – He disappeared from home
Arian Arnold was last seen at around 7:30 p.m. in his home on Ohfeldring Street in Elm. How he managed to disappear from there is still unclear. The six-year-old is autistic and cannot express himself verbally. He also doesn't respond to being spoken to. He has dark blonde hair and was last seen wearing an orange, long sweater, black sweatpants with a dragon pattern and socks.
Hundreds of firefighters, police and Red Cross firefighters are searching
During the night, hundreds of police, fire and German Red Cross teams searched for the missing boy. Despite the use of search dogs and a drone by the police and the search with a boat on the Oste River by the fire department, Arian has not yet been found. Many volunteers are also on duty, like ndr.de further reported. Together they searched the area around the boy's home, which also included a large area of forest. However, the search for the boy continues with undiminished intensity.
“The whole story is dramatic,” said a police spokesman about the situation. Especially because of the light clothing the boy was wearing at the time of his disappearance. At night the temperatures sometimes fell below zero degrees.
Hotline set up: Police ask for help with information
The authorities have now set up a tip hotline. Information can be passed on to the police on the telephone numbers 04761/7489-135 or 04761/7489-144.
Another missing person case, however, came to a tragic end. The missing Émile was found dead. His mother now commented on the bone discovery for the first time. In the missing Rebecca Reusch case, however, explosive emails recently surfaced.
