The Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix it runs on the Monte Carlo street circuit in the Principality of Monaco. The first edition was held on 14 April 1929 on the initiative of Antony Noghes, founder of the ACM Automobile Club de Monaco, while the first edition valid for the World Championship took place on 21 May 1950.
