The Argentine president, Javier Mileihas publicly rebuked the attitude of Pedro Sanchezwhom he accuses of trying to “silence all those who think differently” with his proposals to regulate social networks.
The Albiceleste leader, who is not the first time he has pointed out his criticism of the Spanish president, responded in this regard upon his arrival at the Davos Forum in Switzerland. For Milei, it is not at all surprising that «a socialist like Sánchez “Try to silence all those who think differently and let the only message be the one he wants,” he told the press upon his arrival at the World Economic Forum.
They were the preludes to a long intervention in which Milei warned about the “sinister agenda of ‘wokism'”, which he described as the “cancer that must be removed” from today’s society.
In this sense, he has highlighted the “winds of change” that exist in the West with the return of Trump to power or the presence of Viktor Orbán in Hungary, Benjamin Netanyahu in Israel or the “fierce Italian lady” Giorgia Meloni.
Slowly, an international alliance has been formed of all those nations that want to be free and that believe in the ideas of freedom,” said Milei, who has included the “wonderful” in his list of allies. Elon Muska “pioneer spirit” who, according to the Argentine president, has been “unfairly” vilified for an “innocent gesture,” alluding to Monday’s apparent Nazi salute.
‘Wokism’ and “radical feminism”
“What seemed like absolute hegemony (…) has been breaking down,” he added, in a speech focused on allegations against the “single thought” that would represent ‘wokism’ and that, ultimately, seeks to “justify the advancement of the State through the appropriation and distortion of noble causes.” The Argentine president considers this ideology, that links to socialismas “the great epidemic of our time”, and has stressed that “the functions of the State must once again be limited to the defense of the right to life, liberty and property.”
Regarding “radical feminism”, she has questioned the fact that it has been “normalized” for the murder of a woman by a man to be classified as feminicide and carry a more serious penalty, since in her opinion it would imply “that the life of a woman is worth more than that of a man.
