After the first period of pre-emption, yesterday the hunt for the card started for those who did not already have one. Many sectors sold out, a new endowment will be made available in July
The race – on the edge of minutes, indeed of seconds – continues. If in the final of last season the goal was the ticket for the last performances of the team launched on the straight line, now the Rossoneri fans have started the season ticket hunt. Because the enthusiasm, understandably, remains at full scale and the sale of the company – with the permanence of Maldini – in overall terms has been welcomed. It is therefore logical that, after the years of pandemic darkness, the restart of the season ticket campaign has generated many requests.

The first phase, which is the pre-emption phase for season ticket holders for the 2019-20 season, began on May 16th and ended on the 30th. Prices? Starting from 199 euros. Overall, the total average price increase compared to the 2019-20 season ticket campaign is around 15%. This was a phase which saw the sale of about 20,000 seasonal titles. The second phase then started on May 31st, which will end on June 30th and is dedicated to new season tickets (there will then be a third and final one, from July 1st). Always with a dedicated price list, starting from 199 euros. However, the discussion does not revolve around the figures, but rather about availability. In fact, there are several reports of fans who, despite moving in the first few minutes of the free sale (which began yesterday at 15), were unable to purchase the season ticket. At least not in the industry they wanted. The screen of the stadium returned in the vast majority of sectors of gray color, or sold out.
“Gray” sectors

Reasons? Basically, we said, the confirmation of the subscription by those who already had it. Plus those who managed to get their hands on it in the very first hours of free sale. To say, from 3pm yesterday to 3pm today a good 6,700 were sold, of which 5,800 yesterday between 3pm and 24am. Overall we already have over 27,000 cards. Another reason is linked to the fact that the Rossoneri club, as well as Inter does, has a maximum quota of cards that will not exceed, so that tickets for individual matches can also be sold. A share that could be around 35-40 thousand season tickets (given that AC Milan does not communicate anyway). In this sense, there are also those who say they are certain that many sectors already sold out are not actually occupied entirely by subscribers, but are inaccessible precisely by virtue of the share of tickets reserved for sale for individual matches. The Rossoneri club, however, given the exploit, to overcome the obstacle, from the next phase which starts on 1 July will sell new availabilities. It is a Milan with great numbers.
