Something that every company needs to implement to survive is advertising, and that is something that we have seen with Amazon, Netflix, Mercado Libreamong others that place advertisements, either on their website or even in content for those who have their streaming platform. Microsoft has noticed this, so now they are cooking up a plan to push their ads to users who use Windows 11although on this occasion they are not commercial by third parties but by themselves.
A user of Windows Insider who calls himself PhantomOfEarth has shared the information that the company founded by Bill Gates You would be looking to put advertising for your products on the main screen of your computer, that is in the recommended section. This has shown screenshots that let us see how it will work, with application promotions that lead to services and other items that they sell digitally or even physically for accessories.
Here you can see:
Looks like the Start menu's Recommended section will be getting app promotions, similar to suggested apps in Start in Windows 10. This can be toggled off from Settings (Show recommendations for tips, app promotions, and more). pic.twitter.com/zYYnTKs9qw

Something that can be the salvation for many users is the fact that ads can be uninstalled in a matter of seconds, so people will not have to deal with them, and this has been present since the last version of the operating system of Microsoft, which would already be closing in the coming months. It is worth mentioning that it is not a functionality as such, but rather links with direct access to reach the place indicated in the advertising.
This has not yet reached Windows 11but the user assures that he will do so soon, since beta versions are being tested.

Editor's note: It is good news that the advertising will not be so invasive and can be removed by simply entering the operating system options. So from time to time I will have to check this issue to see if my PC doesn't already have these ads.
