Everyone talks about Xbox and recent ones rumor that it wants to become multiplatform. Will it be true or will it be false? For now we don't know, but one thing is certain: Microsoft has not missed the chaos generated in these hours and finally Phil Spencer had his say on the issue.
Via Twitter, Phil Spencer – head of Xbox – said that the company is listening to its fans and that it has an update is scheduled on its commercial approach next week.
Precisely Spencer says: “We hear you and we feel you. We have scheduled a company update event for next week, where we will be happy to share with you additional details about our vision for the future of Xbox. Stay tuned.”
Confirmations or denials?
Phil Spencer's comment It does not contain any details, so at an official level we don't have any kind of information. We cannot say that the rumors are true nor that they are false, partially or totally.
Of course it is also true (and this is pure reasoning) that if Phil Spencer had wanted simply deny completely would have done it immediately instead of putting it off until next week. We just have to wait.
In any case, from our point of view, a non-exclusive future would not be a problem for Xbox Game Pass.
