GUASAVE, SINALOA.- The Hawaiian Michael Henry was the only novelty in the training sessions of the Frayles de Guasave, to reach conditions for the start of the 2024 season of the Chevron Cibacopa League.
The forward arrived at the Luis Estrada Medina gym and immediately placed himself under the orders of Argentine coach Lucas Martin Zurita, and began working alongside his teammates.
The training was divided into two sessions, where they first worked on physical conditioning and then were in charge of improving their performance on the court and fine-tuning the details in the plays they will execute during the upcoming campaign.
