Merck Italia, de Comasema new General Manager Healthcare business

Change at the top of Merck Italia. Ramón Palou de Comasema has been appointed General Manager for the Healthcare business. After graduating in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Barcelona), a postgraduate diploma in Science from the University of Technology of Tampere (Finland) and an MBA from the EsadeE Business School in Barcelona, ​​before joining Merck – details a note – Palou de Comasema has held various positions in Amgen, including that of director of the company's Portuguese branch. Having joined Merck in 2015 as Business Unit Head Oncology for Spain, he contributed, with his exceptional leadership and strategic vision, to the company's entry into the immuno-oncology sector. He was subsequently promoted to Vice President, Global Oncology Brand Lead of the Group.
