WE ARE MUESLI revealed all the details of Meet & Play 2024, new edition of the Milanese event dedicated to game development. The event will be held on three separate days on 17, 24 and 31 May at WOW Spazio Fumetto of Milan and it will be possible access for free simply by booking us via the platform Evenbrite.

3 afternoons of open playtests and talks to experiment with the new frontiers of gaming
Meet&Play is back, in a renewed edition and in a new location.
After the first edition in 2023, which counted 200 participants and 16 prototypes by young game designers, from May 17thfor three consecutive Fridays, WOW Comic Space – a unique reality in Italy, with an international scope, transversal to different media, arts and genres – hostas well as a cycle of afternoon playtest sessions open to the publicsome meetings with experts in the videogame sector.
Meet&Play, thought by the independent design studio We Are Muesli, it is an opportunity not only for testing games and video gamesAnd confront on mechanical, rules, finals to design, but also for reflect on the importance of experiments and contaminations in game design.
The game prototypes presented will largely be those of students and of students of the three-year Game Production course SAE Institute Milanwith approx 20 between board games and video games of every kind and type already announced.
The common thread of the experimentation also links the talks that will alternate over the three afternoons.
They open the May 17th the intervention of Matteo Pozzi (We Are Muesli) on the current “slice-of-life” video game development experience In Their Shoesand of Greta Carrara on techniques for making a game accessible, while the May 24th Pietro Polsinelli will deal with game design and theatre, e Cristina Resa of writing strategies and adapting a video game to communicate in a non-exclusive way. WE ARE MUESLI is an award-winning independent design studio in Milan focused on cultural, historical and artistic narrative games. After years of professional experience in various fields of communication (graphic and service design, TV and more), Claudia Molinari and Matteo Pozzi debut in the video games In the 2013 with the visual novel about Jheronimus Bosch CAVE!
