Jam rolls are created quickly and with few raw materials. They combine the taste worlds of poor knights and earwigs.
Monks in addition to or as an alternative to them, jam rolls are perfect, which combine the taste worlds of poor knights and ear trees. The sugar coating familiar to donuts also reminds me of May Day.
You can rarely go wrong by combining jam, whipped cream and toast. The list of ingredients is simple, but under the ordinary appearance lies a real delicacy.
In HS's archive recipe, the toast is rolled out a little thinner, and a splash of raspberry jam is spread on top. Then the bread is rolled into thin slices and fried in butter. For the finishing touch, swirl in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Jam rolls are delicious warm as they are or dipped in whipped cream and jam. Vanilla ice cream also tastes great with rolls.

3. Beat the eggs until the texture is broken in a bowl. Add milk and mix until smooth.
4. Measure the sugar and cinnamon on a flat plate.
5. Roll the bread rolls in the egg-milk mixture. Fry in a pan in butter. Start baking with the seam side down, so the rolls stay together better.
