The new space condenses the proposal of the chain created by businessman Carlos Bosch around high-end gastronomic products for an “elevated tapas” and the most exquisite and evocative environments to enjoy them.
Manero Marquis of Cubas It’s a box of surprises. The establishment brings together up to five different areas, all connected by the French decoration of Lázaro Rosa Violán by the Apple Tart Interior Design studio, which is in charge of all the projects of the restaurant chain, for which the design and setting of their premises is an issue that has as much weight as the food, the staff or the music (their bathrooms They are already mythical, because Chiquito de la Calzada’s jokes sound there, as is also emblematic of his photo boothalso present here).
Upon entering, the first thing visible to the customer is a large bar with two bars -one more gastronomic, with an exhibition of its sausages and seafood from the best brands, and another of cocktails, from classics to signature ones- and a series of high tables.
The establishment that Manero opens behind the Thyssen, with its 450 square meters entirely covered by rich textiles, wallpapers, custom furniture, beautiful lamps, handmade mosaic floors, carved woods and original coverings of the meticulous decoration, incorporates the clandestine spaces that Bosch loves so much. The first, a soon-to-open bistrowhich will have an intimate and elegant atmosphere (with grand piano and live music) and a bar dedicated exclusively to caviar, an element that threads all of its gastronomy.
But there is still more. Manero Marqués de Cubas already includes a Club Manero Dom Pérignonas an ambassador of the house that it is, which has another small bar and a corner paying tribute to Julio Iglesias, among other unique elements. And it also offers its clients a private room reserved for particular events and a karaoke to finish off the night.

Drink and eat in Manero
In the Manero bars they eat Spanish tapas and rations, although of the highest quality thanks to Bosch’s incessant search for personally select references and editions most select in the country, or directly launch your own products under his brand, a line from which the online store was born.
Its gastronomy, directed by chef Carles Abellánhas the aforementioned caviar and seafoodlike their shrimp from Santa Pola or their “boat” of seafood products, in the center. It also gives a good place to Iberian sausages and dishes such as bikinis, lobster roll and calamari sandwich, as well as hot proposals such as the essential grilled leek with almonds, Carlos’s mother’s cannelloni, tortillas and croquettes, among others.
In the bistro that will open soon It will also offer this Spanish cuisine with international inspiration, although in a more formal and relaxed proposal. As the businessman has anticipated, they will incorporate recipes such as onion soup, Milanese and fish meuniére, for example.
