Santa Barbara, Chih.- Elements of the State Investigation Agency (AEI) of the Southern Zone District Prosecutor’s Office, completed an arrest warrant against José Ramón PQ, who appears to be likely responsible for the crime of aggravated sexual harassment.
The alleged 40-year-old is charged with acts that occurred between the months of September and October 2021, in the municipality of Santa Bárbara, committed to the detriment of a minor under 15 years of age.
According to the ministerial investigation, in said period, the accused engaged in various behaviors, which began by caressing the victim’s neck and hair, to whom he sent text messages telling her that she was very pretty.
Subsequently, the accused approached the victim and made comments about her body, until he again sent her text messages in which he told her that he liked her, which he accompanied with “stickers” with sexual themes.
The arrest of the alleged suspect took place this Tuesday, June 11, in the city of Parral, and he was placed at the disposal of the jurisdictional body that required him to take him to the hearing where the Public Ministry will file charges against him.
