A new direction takes the case of madeleine mccann, the British girl who has disappeared since 2007 during her holidays in Portugal. Private detective Francisco Marco, who led the search for Madeleine, claimed to have performed a biometric analysis on the woman who went viral this week after saying that she is the minor of whom there is no trace.

julia wendell, originally from Poland, created an Instagram account called @iammadeleinemcann, and said she began to wonder if she was Madeleine “a few months ago” after hearing “something” from her grandmother. Her testimony gained strength immediately.
But Marco says he carried out an analysis that rules out the possibility that Wendell is the missing girl. In an interview with the Spanish channel RAC1The private detective said: “I have done a biometric search and there is no resemblance to Madeleine’s features.”

Marco, who was the head of a detective agency, said it was strange that Wendell would post the unsubstantiated claims on social media first, before contacting the family of the missing girl. “I may think it’s a fraud, but I can’t say without evidence,” he added.
And it is that Julia Wendell assured that the McCann family approached her about taking a DNA test and he claimed to have a freckle on his leg and a spot over his eye in the same places as Madeleine. She even said that she is 21 years old, but she thinks that her age could be wrong.
Madeleine McCann, it should be noted, was born in May 2003, which means that she would currently be 19 years old.

According to the private detective, Wendell “contacted the police and nobody listened to him, and then he opened the Instagram account where he now has thousands of followers when before he had very few.”
Madeleine’s disappearance case has become very popular on social networks. On Tiktok, Twitter and Instagram, for example, all kinds of versions of the case circulate. Even in recent months, people have resorted, as part of a trend, to show her resemblance to the missing minor.
Wendell claimed on his Instagram account that he had spoken to a man who was said to be Madeleine’s cousin and who told him he might “have a chance” to talk to Kate and Gerry McCann about arranging a DNA test. However, that version has not been confirmed by the minor’s family.

I may think it’s a fraud, but I can’t say without evidence.
German investigators believe Madeleine was killed by the sexual predator Christian Brueckner, who has repeatedly denied having anything to do with the girl’s disappearance. But despite extensive searches and countless police investigations, to date her body has not been found.
At the moment, the police have not charged Brueckner, since they do not have sufficient probative material to show that he would have been responsible for the crime.

A source close to the McCann family recently told the Daily Star Sunday that parents are “willing to look at all leads.” According to that source, in statements replicated by the British media, “the family is not taking risks, they are willing to analyze all the clues. It is important that they analyze all the factors, the girl looks similar. There is no doubt about that.”
For now, The Mirror He learned that the prosecutors in the case are working to obtain evidence against Brueckner and that several interviews have been carried out with close friends to establish if the criminal has any relationship with Madeleine’s crime, to which today there are more questions than certainties.
