The Uruguayan footballer Luis Suarezwho recently announced his retirement from his country’s national team, is thinking about his future and is getting fully into business with the opening of new establishments in Madrid, Spain.

Suárez has made a strong foray into the restaurant business. He opened his first restaurant in Barcelona and it is called ‘Little Cha’. It is now expanding into Spanish territory with the opening of two stores.
The restaurants will be located in the Xanadú Shopping Centre and another in the Alegra Shopping Centre. The chain will have a total of 10 locations in the region by 2025.
From ‘Chalito’ with popular milanesas from ‘Chalito’, with more than twenty recipes. It is known that they make more than 60,000 milanesas a month, of which almost 35% are delivered to homes.
The most popular are: Milanese Neapolitan with sweet ham, tomato sauce and melted mozzarella; Milanese a caballo with two fried eggs; and Milanese 5 cheeses with Parmesan, Edam, Provolone, Roquefort and mozzarella.
“Milanesa doesn’t understand social classes, times when it’s eaten, or even ages. In addition, it’s an ideal product to eat at home,” says Juan Manuel Lema, co-owner of Chalito. He adds that “the key to success is that, in times of so many hamburgers, pizzas, sushi and other concepts, we have created a completely new one with a product that everyone likes.”
