The general secretary of the Madrid PSOE, Juan Lobato, revealed this Sunday that he took evidence before a notary that, according to him, certifies that his party was not behind the leak of the case of the boyfriend of the president of the Community, Isabel Díaz Ayuso.
In a publication on his profile on the Bluesky social network, Lobato said: “The hoaxes and misinformation that we suffer need clear and authoritative answers”.
Lobato’s message comes after the appearance of publications that suggest that it was Moncloa that leaked the details of the case of Ayuso’s partner, a matter that has ended with the accusation of the State Attorney General for revelation of secrets.
Lobato admits that he deposited “before a notary that neither the Madrid socialists nor Moncloa had received any information from the Prosecutor’s Office whatsoever regarding Mrs. Ayuso’s boyfriend.” “On the contrary, it is proven that all the information came from the media”, he added.
“There is no conspiracy theory as the PP of Madrid and Mrs. Ayuso try to explain. What exists are political tricks to try to avoid talking about the central issue, which is (sic) that this Friday Ayuso’s boyfriend declares himself accused of two tax crimes and document falsification,” he continues.
“The PSOE of Madrid is involved in the case against Mrs. Ayuso’s boyfriend to guarantee that Don’t miss a single euro from the people of Madrid“, concludes the message.
