After the extensive fourth season of “Stranger things”, we finally know how many episodes its fifth and final part will have. The Duffer brothers, creators of the successful Netflix series, published important information regarding the extension and development of the story that will say goodbye to Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), Will Byers and the entire group of friends in Hawkins.
The arrival of Vecna (Jamie Campbell), the biggest villain of the show, was a notorious change in the standards of the streaming platform. Unlike its previous installments, the fourth increased the length of its chapters (the last 2 hours and a half) and was divided into two parts.
So, with the series finale imminent—which has been streaming for more than six years—some would think the number of episodes would be even higher, but the Duffers have revealed they have other plans.
How many chapters will “Stranger things 5″ have?
Less is more. Matt and Ross Duffer confirmed through a photograph on their social networks that the Season 5 of “Stranger Things” will only have eight chapters.
The image is a blackboard that in the tweet they call “Grid Stage”. So we can see eight columns listed as episodes 1 through 8.
There is no more information, but what is appreciated is more than obvious. If this scheme is maintained, everything would indicate that the creators would decide not to extend too much and close the story at an appropriate time.
“Stranger things 5” does not yet have a release date and is expected to arrive on Netflix in 2024.
