The votes for the Best Car of the Year 2025 award are advancing at a good pace. Until this Friday, readers and ‘premium’ subscribers can vote through the website mejorcoche.abc.es for their favorite model, among the 12 candidates of this edition.
The final decision will also take into account the votes of the professional jury, made up of 36 specialized motor journalists from the main Spanish media, whose vote represents 70% of the final result. The remaining 25% corresponds to subscribers, and 5% to newspaper readers.
The Renault 5 has stood out as a favorite, surpassing 70% of the votes of readers registered on the ABC website, and above 30% of the newspaper’s subscribers. It is followed by the Cupra Terramar, and the Alfa Romeo Junior occupies the provisional third position.
