Legal and Public Affairs, the former CEO of Autostrade per l'Italia Castellucci halves his stake
It wasn't a big deal the recent entry of Giovanni Castellucci in the Roman capital Legal and Public Affairs (Lapa), which deals with legal consultancy, and of which he is sole director Piergiorgio Romitison of the late Caesar.
The former CEO of Motorways for Italyin fact, had acquired 10% of the company from Palma Boria Society of Lawyers but a few weeks ago the Lapa members met to decide on a capital increase of 100 thousand euros to “allow us to guarantee business continuity”, as reported in the minutes of the meeting.

All the members were present at the meeting: the first with 25% Cesare San Mauro (well-known economics professor, lawyer and member of the guarantee board of the Cones), Sandro Amorosino (14%), Tommasi Corapi, Castellucci, Paolo Damiani, Luigi Marroni, Romiti And Velio srl each with 10% e Italico Perrini with 1%.
However, the recapitalization saw the deliberative process interrupted, as per the minutes, because “the shareholders Marroni, Castellucci, Perrini, Corapi, Damiani, Amorosino, Romiti and Velio immediately renounce their subscription rights as they are not interested in the exercise of the relevant stock options while the shareholder San Mauro declares that it intends to sign the deliberate increase immediately through 4 bank transfers each of 25 thousand euros”.

San Mauro thus rose to 62.5%. Lapa, Sweetheart it was diluted to 7%, Corapi, Castellucci, Damiani, Brown, Romiti And Velio each at 5% e Perlini at 0.5%. In 2022 the company had a turnover of 57 thousand euros with a profit of only 160 euros.
For Castellucci (and others) the Genoa prosecutor's office recently requested indictment for the collapse of the Morandi Bridge While San Mauro he was called to trial by the Rome prosecutor's office for alleged mistreatment of his wife and daughter, all accusations which he firmly denied.
Yesterday in the first hearing of the trial it emerged that Castellucci and nine other defendants in the trial for the collapse of the Morandi bridge have compensated 193 civil parties.
