From now on, KLM will have to throw away tens of thousands fewer meals after its flights. Thanks to artificial intelligence, it can save around 100,000 kilograms of food every year. The airline also expects a lot from smart algorithms in the event of cancellations due to extreme weather and in the field of aircraft maintenance.
