Jurgen Klopp seems dedicated: 'Why would we win the League?'

Liverpool came to their third home defeat of the league season, this Sunday at the hands of Crystal Palace (0-1), a score that leaves the Premier title in suspense and depending on what their other rivals can do.

There are six dates left and although the option of winning the title is still alive, everything indicates that Liverpool is going through a bad moment, after the 2-2 with the Manchester United in the league, 0-0 against Atalanta in the Europa League and the adverse score for this Sunday.

Klopp's team is third with 71 points, two less than Manchester City (first, 73), but the D did not ignore the problem and spoke clearly about the bad moment.

“The team lacked conviction on the pitch,” he said and when asked if they had lost the league, he replied: “The answer is quite easy. If we played like that in the first half, why would we win the League?”

At 17 minutes, Liverpool began to lose with a goal from Eberechi Eze and had 14 opportunities to tie, but the goal never came. His forwards failed in the final score and in others the goalkeeper, Henderson, was a great figure.

“Play like you did in the second half and we can win games. Win games, stay until the end and we'll see where he takes us,” said the coach.
