After the poor presentation of Medellín, for the sixth date in the I-2022 League against La Equidad, where they lost 2-0, coach Julio Comesaña and player Felipe Pardo decided not to answer questions from the media present at the Techo stadium and virtually connected.
The defeat left Medellín in eighth place in the League, with nine points, waiting for what happens in the rest of the sixth day.

Comesaña’s criticism of Mario Herrera’s arbitration
“It would be very nice to come here to talk about soccer after a soccer match. But about this game, I need to talk about arbitration, I don’t want to attack anyone, or detract from the rival. But I’m not in a position to talk about football without talking about refereeing and if I’m going to sit here and be asked, I can say things I shouldn’t. It’s not with you, but I can’t talk about football in the mood I’m in.”Comesaña expressed, leaving on the table his disagreement about the actions of the referee Mario Herrera and the person in charge of the VAR, Keiner Jiménez.
Pardo also did not want to answer the questions and accompanied the Uruguayan coach to leave the press room. “We are with the teacher, if he retires, I will too”, commented the player.

This was the arbitration in Techo
As for the game, it was a game with 33 fouls generated, of which 25 were made by La Equidad against eight by DIM and five yellow cards were seen at home, against three by the visitor, who also saw the coaching staff reprimand for one discussion about the end of the first half and the expulsion of Víctor Moreno.
The VAR intervened in two specific actions in the match: the first, the play in which Moreno saw the red card for going with his leg up against an opponent, and then, the penalty that determined the second goal of La Equidad, by a foul against Pablo Sabbag.
