The general secretary of the PSOE-M, Juan Lobato, has assured that the alleged confession of various tax crimes by the boyfriend of the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, was not leaked from the Moncloa Palace, and that Moncloa did not pressure him to use this document in the Plenary Session of the Madrid Assembly.
He did it this morning in an interview ‘Zero Wave’, collected by Europa Press, after the diary’ABC‘ has published this Monday that Pilar Sánchez-Acera – chief of staff of the Minister of Digital Transformation and Public Function, Óscar López –leaked the document so that she could use it in a control session for the regional president in the Plenary Session.
Lobato recalled that Sánchez-Acera has been Secretary of Institutional Policy of the PSOE-M for three years and that “one of her usual tasks is the preparation of the control sessions”, which is why she has framed a “usual practice” that talk about current politics. “She is a fundamental piece in all the control sessions (…). Therefore, what happens that Thursday is the same as the previous Thursday, the previous one and the previous one,” he noted.
Lobato has pointed out that what Sánchez-Acera sent him was “information that had already been published”, which is what the leader of the Madrid socialists alludes to in his speech. in the plenary session of March 14 when he tells Ayuso that “there were crimes” and that what is “savage” is not the tax inspection but “the lies and fraud” of the president.
“It seems good to me, politically, that day to explain that Ayuso lied the day before when she publicly defended her boyfriend, and said that she owes the Treasury 600,000 euros“That is a lie, clearly, as several media outlets had already confirmed,” stressed Juan Lobato, who acknowledges that he was left “completely calm” because the information came from the media.
Last night, the leader of the Madrid socialists published a message on his social networks in which he assured that he certified before a notary that neither the PSOE-M nor Moncloa had received “any information” from the Prosecutor’s Office. not at all related to Mrs. Ayu’s boyfriendSW”.
“On the contrary, it is proven that all the information came from the media. There is no conspiracy theory like aims to explain the PP of Madrid and Mrs. Ayuso. What exists are political tricks to try to avoid talking about the central issue, which is that this Friday Ayuso’s boyfriend will be accused of two tax crimes and document falsification,” he concludes.
This morning he focused on this message and ruled out that he refused to “disseminate the document” and that in response to this Sánchez-Acera chooses to go to the media. “In the notarial information it is not said at any time, ‘Well, I’m going to pass it on to the Plural’. Not at all, nothing, nothing of that is said at all,” he concluded.
The Supreme Court (TS) investigates the State Attorney General, Alvaro García Ortiz, for the alleged commission of a crime of revealing secrets following a complaint filed by the partner of the Madrid president, Isabel Díaz Ayuso.
Alberto González Amador took to court the dissemination of an informative note in which the Madrid Prosecutor’s Office reported on the exchange of emails between his lawyer and the prosecutor Julián Salto for the alleged tax fraud for which a judge from Madrid is investigating him. García Ortiz assumed responsibility for said statement.
