Journalist Nathalia Santos, 31 years old, was shot during an attempted robbery as she left Marquês de Sapucaí, in Rio de Janeiro, in the early hours of Monday (12.Feb.2024). She had to undergo surgery and says the “procedure was a success.”
Nathalia has worked as a commentator for “Esquenta!”, on TV Globo. She is blind and has 118 thousand followers on Instagram
Her team released a note this Wednesday (Feb 14): “Upon returning from the Marquês de Sapucaí Sambódromo, Nathalia Santos and her husband suffered an attempted robbery, the two were inside a taxi that was shot by 2 shots, one of which unfortunately hit Nathalia in the hip.”
