The long-awaited sequel to “Joker” has been officially confirmed by director Todd Phillips, who has unexpectedly posted revealing photos on social media. In them, he not only shows Joaquin Phoenix reading the script, but also a screenshot of the first page of the script with the official title of the film.
On his official Instagram page, Phillips made a publication (without any description), where two images appear that reveal three big news.

The return of “Joker”
In March of this year, The Ankler reported that the script was taking a long time because the production was not entirely satisfied with what Todd Phillips had written.
However, with the recent publication of the filmmaker, it is already a fact that the continuation of the story of Arthur Fleck has been written and revised by both the director and the protagonist Joaquin Phoenix.
