Ita Airways-Lufthansa, CEO Spohr: “Solution is coming, we are in the final phase”
At a recent event held in Dubai, Carsten Spohr, the CEO of the German airline Lufthansa, shared some important predictions related to Ita Airways’ future aircraft. Speaking to reporters in Dubai, where IATA’s annual meeting is taking place, Spohr said he aims to achieve “some indications this week”. “We are in a very constructive phase of the dialogue and for this reason I will consider it the final phase of a constructive dialogue process,” she added.
Only last week, the current Italian government proceeded to deposit all the answers to the questions raised by the European body with the European Commission, with a view to clarifying and accelerating the review process. It is interesting to note that no further obstacles or requests for postponement emerged in the decision, a sign that could suggest a relatively rapid outcome of the matter.
