According to what some unidentified “independent sources” reported to the GamePressure site, it seems that LarianStudio intend to expand opening one new headquarters in Polandalthough there is still no official confirmation on the matter.
Working on a huge project like Baldur's Gate 3Larian had to significantly increase its size, reaching over 400 employees and therefore going well beyond the normal size of an independent team, while maintaining somewhat of the typical style of the company.
We don't know precisely what the precise location could be, but it is likely that it is Warsawconsidered the nerve center for this type of business.
Bigger and bigger projects on the way?
There is no official information on the issue, which would also go against the trend of what had been previously reported by the CEO Swen Vinckewho claimed that he wanted to return to a certain containment of the size of the team after having concluded the bulk of the work on Baldur's Gate 3.
It is possible, however, that Larian has decided to go in the opposite direction, i.e. carrying out a major expansion which would involve the opening of new offices, and the choice of Poland is interesting considering the rather flourishing environment that is establishing itself in that country on the video game.
At this point we are awaiting any clarification on the issue, the confirmation of which could also mean large-scale projects arriving from Larian.
