Former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) has 73% of the valid votes in the dispute for the Planalto in Bahia. President Jair Bolsonaro adds up to 27%. The data are from the Ipec survey released this Saturday, 29, the eve of the second round.
The indices are the same as in the previous survey, published on October 21. To calculate valid votes, blank, null and undecided voters are excluded. The procedure is the same used by the Electoral Court to disclose the official result of the election.
The former president still appears with 69% of total voting intentions, while President Jair Bolsonaro has 25%. Blanks and nulls add up. Another 3% do not know or prefer not to give an opinion.
The survey, contracted by TV Bahia, heard 2,000 people, between October 27th and 29th, in 92 municipalities. The margin of error is plus or minus two percentage points, with a 95% confidence level. The survey was registered at the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) under number BA-02006/2022 (TRE) and BR-08605/2022 (TSE).
