Investigation into the sale of Milan closed in Luxembourg: assist to Elliott
The topic of the investigation into Milan which involves the current and former CEO of the club (Giorgio Furlani and Ivan Gazidis) as suspects is taken up again by Corsera which headlines on the closure of the proceedings in Luxembourg with Milan cleared of all charges.
A process that began at the instigation of the former minority shareholder Blue Skye and which started from the same bases as the investigation currently underway in Milan. However, on 12 April the district court of Luxembourg communicated the order of 28 February in which it “declares there is no need to proceed and orders the return of the seized objects and valuables”. This is why CorSera headlines: “Milan sold, Elliott’s assist comes from Luxembourg”.
And he adds: “The investigation by the Milan Prosecutor’s Office is independent but starts from the same accusations.”
