Self in absolute terms, pensions with ‘Quota 100’ were more concentrated in the Northless in the South and even less in the Center, as a percentage of the employment base or the average flow of early retirement outgoings (those most similar to “Quota 100”) show the greatest incidence in the South and minors in the North, with the Center in an intermediate position. Retirements from the private sector are 0.4% of the relative employment base, with a peak of 1.2% for the “Transport and storage” sector, a share which becomes 1.3% in the public sector, with a peak of 2.9% for the “Central Functions”. This is what emerges from a joint analysis of INPS and the Parliamentary Budget Office (Upb), “A balance sheet of ‘Quota 100’ three years after its launch“, presented today in Rome.
