- Ignorance, mediocrity and lackeyism made the unconstitutional changes prosper.
With verifiable respect before anything else, Ricardo Monreal makes it known how and why it differs from some of the most transcendental definitions of President López Obrador.
Lacayunos instead, who celebrate and support what AMLO says and does, betray both him and legality and show that, if they are not unconditional and lamesoles, they are nothing.
On issues as relevant as the outrageous attack against the UNAM for its so-called “right-wing”; the dirty and unsuccessful ministerial persecution of some thirty Conacyt scientists, but above all in the face of the corkage of AMLO’s favorites, the senator has not stopped expressing his disagreements.
Faithful but not blind, at all times he has been consistent with the movement in which he has participated for 25 years and in his history is having carried out all (27-28) of constitutional reforms promoted by his forgetful former friend.
Another one, the one that was not born due to the impossibility of overcoming two-thirds of Congress (insufficiency of servile legislators), but whose essence violates the Constitution AMLO slipped through the shortcut of patching secondary laws is the endorsement of the National Guard Army , which was not supported by who became the most uncomfortable traveling companion of the 4T.
His argument, said when it was still timely, was simple: even a beginning law student would understand that no secondary law is above the Constitution, and that the appropriate thing to do would be to promote its reform.
Being able to vote against the treacherous patches, Monreal abstained, but this cost him one of AMLO’s most unfaithful and ungrateful comments.
It sparked when one of his subordinates, the servant with the surname Arzate (of the Public Broadcasting System of the Mexican State, Channel 14), made this vile statement on Friday morning:
“One of those abstentions was that of Senator Ricardo Monreal, who also these days, recently, it was said that he allegedly sought to negotiate the direction of the Board of Directors in the Senate with the opposition (…) What opinion do you deserve…?” .
The president replied:
“I do not agree, of course, with his position, because he is endorsing the falsehood, hypocrisy and politicking of Mexican conservatism…”.
The flamboyant disqualification is completely undeserved. It is not necessary to be false, hypocritical, political or conservative if you know how to read and understand that the Constitution explicitly orders that the GN be a civil police in charge of an equally civil Secretary of State.
Monreal did not acknowledge the explicit receipt of the attack but two days later he stubbornly persisted in his main effort, warning that he would continue to seek the candidacy for Morena for the 24th, “to the limit of our strength and our dignity…”.
Outside of abstractions, generalities and slander, taking advantage of the fact that his chest “is not a warehouse”, AMLO should honestly say what the wrong was and what the hell is he charging the senator…
