In Mexico, pediatricians turn to insects to combat child malnutrition

In Mexico, many children from disadvantaged areas suffer from childhood malnutrition. A group of pediatricians conducted an experiment with 100 children, feeding them an insect flour cake for five weeks to observe the effects on their bodies. Insects have many interesting natural properties and doctors want the Government to implement policies so that the general population starts eating insects regularly.
