“They (Russian military – Ed.) are looking for gaps in the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, punching them, and then moving 3-4 km forward,” he said in a report dated February 3.
According to him, the Russian army has seized the initiative in almost all sectors of the front. He added that the Ukrainian military is failing and has gone on the defensive.
