A number of new ambassadors of the UAE appointed to brotherly and friendly countries took the legal oath before His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, may God protect him.
His Highness wished the new ambassadors success in their missions, and called on them to work with all seriousness and sincerity to strengthen the relations of the United Arab Emirates with the countries appointed to it at all levels and to grant care to Emirati citizens in these countries and take care of their affairs and provide them with all means of comfort.
A top priority in their work and embodying the values, principles and good image of the UAE in the world in all their activities.
His Highness said that the UAE is witnessing a new development phase, in which it gives great importance to its partnerships and economic relations with various countries of the world, and this places great responsibilities on its diplomatic missions abroad, stressing his confidence in the ability of the new ambassadors to carry out these responsibilities, express the UAE policy and expand the base their interests in the countries in which they represent the UAE.
The new ambassadors swore before His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, by Almighty God, “to be loyal to the UAE and to serve its interests with honesty and sincerity.”
The swearing-in ceremony was attended by H.H. Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court.
The list of appointed ambassadors who took the oath before His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan included His Excellency Dr. Abdel Nasser Al Shaali, Ambassador to the Republic of India, Ahmed Wahib Moez Ahmed, Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, and Abdullah Ali Abdullah Khaseef Al Hamoudi, Ambassador to the Republic of India. Bangladesh, Amna Muhammad Mahmoud Fikri, Ambassador to the Republic of Finland, Dr. Salem Suhail Al Neyadi, Ambassador to the International Organization of Francophonie, Abdullah Saeed Al Shamsi, Ambassador to the Republic of Nepal, Muhammad Ahmed Al Harbi, Ambassador to the Republic of Poland, Rawda Muhammad Al Otaiba, Ambassador to the Republic of Costa Rica, and Ahmed Juma Al Rumaithi Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohammed Mahmoud Al Shamsi, Ambassador to the Republic of Ireland, Ahmed Ibrahim Al Nuaimi, Ambassador to the Republic of Georgia, Sheikh Khalifa bin Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, Ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and Mohammed Hamad Al Zaabi, Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen.
