Vladimir Konstantinov called the Ukrainian military who shelled Belgorod scum
The head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, spoke about the shelling of Belgorod by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), as a result of which the entrance to a residential building collapsed in the city. The comment was published in his Telegram-channel.
Konstantinov called the incident another terrorist attack in Kyiv in the Belgorod region. “Unable to resist us on the battlefield, these scumbags choose civilians as their victims, hitting those who cannot kick them in the teeth,” he wrote.
Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that rescuers at the scene of the collapse were forced to interrupt search operations and retreat to a shelter due to the missile threat. The department also said that three rescuers were injured in the repeated collapse.
Before this, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, denied information about casualties as a result of the collapse of the entrance. According to the head of the region, 19 people were injured, including two children.
The entrance to a residential building on Shchorsa Street collapsed on May 12. Belgorod authorities reported that this was due to a shell hit. The Russian Ministry of Defense clarified that the house was damaged by a fragment of one of the downed missiles of the Tochka-U tactical missile system.
