Tower, central stands and some bathrooms are the areas of intervention
TO Monza Modernization work has begun with an investment of more than 20 million euros to redo the look of the temple of speed in view of the 2024 edition of the F1 Grand Prix.
On a decidedly smaller scale if we also consider the investment volume at Imola we will not 'stand by and watch' while waiting for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix and the Made in Italy event scheduled for 17 to 19 May. According to what was reported by the online edition of Il Resto del CarlinoIn fact, Con.Ami has given the green light to a package of works worth around 250 thousand euros.
They will be modernized central stands of the Enzo and Dino Ferrari Autodrome and furthermore work will also be done on the entrance tower of the circuit and on the toilets of the museum dedicated to Checco Costa. The consortium of 23 municipalities (Con.Ami) to which ownership of the circuit has been entrusted does not want to leave anything to chance in view of the 2024 edition after the dramatic flood that led to the cancellation of the race weekend a year ago. Imola has a valid contract with Liberty Media until 2025.
