In an interview with O Globo newspaper, specialist in public management Antonio Batist advises studying previous IBAMA tests, which are known to be feared by public tenderers. Analyzing the style of questions and themes asked for in previous years is a good way to prepare.
Other important factors on the day of the race are: getting a good night’s sleep, eating well, organizing time and keeping calm.
Batist also warns that the Cebraspe test uses a model of right and wrong, in which each wrong answer cancels out a correct one. Therefore, each “kick” must be very well thought out so as not to interfere with the performance in the test.
Another point that draws attention to the competition are expressions of restriction, generalization and amplification (only, all, only), in which logical aspects applied to technical concepts are required. It is recommended, therefore, that you read the statements calmly and identify any “gotchas”.
Other tips include taking a preparatory course focused on this test, choosing the most appropriate and up-to-date study material, analyzing the content requested in the competition notice, dedicating oneself to topics where there is more difficulty and perhaps most importantly: study well, no necessarily means studying hard.
