On January 5, the streets of many Spanish municipalities were decorated to welcome the Three Wise Men. A magical night for the little ones, marked by parades and parades and in which the main protagonists are Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar. However, it is also quite common for some of the characters who accompany Their Majesties of the East during their tour to capture the attention of the attendees for some particular detail.
This year the participation of a young man in the Cartagena parade has gone viral. It all arose after a TikTok user, @borjaveraa, shared a video of said parade in which you could see how one of the participants had a great resemblance to the well-known 'streamer' Ibai Llanos.
The truth is that the 'clip', which barely lasts more than 20 seconds, had such an impact – it has 2.7 million views on this social network – that beyond remaining a simple anecdote, Ibai Llanos himself has echoed the video. In a publication by X, the Basque shared these images that have gone viral, accompanied by the following text: “This YouTube video would make no sense.” The streamer also talked about it during one of his live streams on Twitch and even joked with his followers that he was the one parading through the streets of the port city.
In addition, Ibai and the young man, @niet0X on TikTok, have had the opportunity to meet and talk about it live on the streamer's Twitch account. During the broadcast, the boy explained that he was parading with his troupe and that on some occasion they had told him about the resemblance between the two and had even asked him for a photo “with the joke.” However, he assures that during the ride “it was brutal.” “Of course, if they saw you like in the video I saw, the resemblance would increase quite a bit,” the Basque responded.
On the other hand, the young man has shared a video in which he has given a brief summary of everything. In it, he commented that the day after the Three Kings parade, while watching TikTok, he came across the video in which he appears: «The video went super viral and suddenly Ibai comments on the video, uploads it to Instagram, and I say it just can't be”.
Later, he also detailed how the meeting between the two was forged. «He opened a live show in the afternoon and I was at a friend's house and as a joke I got into the live show and right at that moment he was talking about it. My friends and I started telling him that it was me and the comments reached a moderator, who told me if he could open a video call to confirm that it was the one in the video,” she says. Once it was verified that it was him, he says that he put him in a group to join the chat. “That's how I ended up talking to Ibai for five minutes,” he explained.
