A new Hyundai i20 isn't enough for you and you want something slightly meaner and sportier? Here comes the i20 N Line, a new model that the Korean company will send into production in April, aiming at a segment of young motorists with a heavy foot on the accelerator.
Characteristics
The desire to get behind the wheel arrives at first glance thanks to the N Line elements meticulously created to elevate both the driving experience and, indeed, the visual appeal. They include new 17″ alloy wheels, a revised front radiator grille, sports bumpers and specific N Line inserts. There are also nine exterior colors, including four new options: Lumen Gray Pearl, Meta Blue Pearl, Vibrant Blue Pearl and Lucid Lime Metallic.
Even entering the passenger compartment you immediately notice a different and sporty soul thanks to the red details and finishes, the exclusive N Line steering wheel in perforated leather, the personalized N Line leather gear knob and the contrasting red stitching that complements the sports seats with dedicated design. There is no shortage of non-slip aluminum pedals and customizable multicolored ambient lights to create a pleasant atmosphere on board, adaptable to the driver's character and preferences.
Complete ADAS package
The i20 offers a complete ADAS package and higher-segment connectivity features, including Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) and Lane Following Assist (LFA) for greater safety. Available safety systems such as Parking Assist (PA), Blind-spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA), or even Navigation Smart Cruise Control (NSCC) which regulates the speed for safer driving on the motorway. Like the standard i20 models, the i20 N Line also boasts identical improvements, including updated design, USB Type-C ports, second-generation eCall system based on the 4G network and Over-the-Air (OTA) map updates. However, it is still early to know the price: the parent company reserves the right to communicate the complete price list in the coming weeks, closer to the commercial launch.
