Diseases are a private matter. Of course there are exceptions. In the Britain of the 2020s, the ruler's cancer diagnosis must be made public.

And so it was done.

On Monday evening – right under the six o'clock evening news – Hovi announced just recovering from prostate surgery of Charles75, diagnosed with cancer.
