The magnificent conversion of Horizon Forbidden West for PC arrived just over a month ago and today the developers of Nixxes and Guerrila Games have published patch 1.1 which brings a series of stability improvements, the correction of some bugs and much more other.
On the occasion of the publication of the patch notes, the guys at Nixxes answered questions from X users, confirming that they are working on support for AMD FSR 3. Let's find out the details.
Lots of general improvements
Patch 1.1 for the PC version of Horizon Forbidden West, available today on Steam and Epic Games Store, improves and corrects several aspects of the game: the update now allows you to correctly remap the TAB key, adds options to scale the interface on widescreen monitors, fixes graphical artifacts caused by DLSS Frame Generation in the presence of waterfalls, as well as lighting issues in Tenakth camps, fixes DualSense vibration issues, as well as improving the overall stability of the title. You can find the complete patch notes at this link.
In parallel with the publication of the patch, the Nixxes developers responded to questions from X users asking for the implementation of the latest AMD graphics technologies, confirming the imminent arrival of FSR 3 with an eloquent: “We're working on it!“
In fact, at the moment Horizon Forbidden West only supports AMD FSR 2.2, which does not include the generation of red house frames, a feature that would be appreciated by all players who do not have a latest generation NVIDIA graphics card.
