Building a shared work model to define a direction in which to raise our gaze, navigate together and face a challenging journey for the construction of the common good which is people’s health. With this objective, on 24 and 25 May the first meeting of a process of discussion, training and co-planning organized by the Federation of Orders of Nursing Professions (Fnopi) with the Council of associations and companies scientists who represent the profession.
Specifically, the representatives of around 30 scientific societies, together with the members of the Fnopi Central Committee, with the support of Research and Intervention Codes and Visual Facilitation, worked on strengthening relationships, sharing work practices and strengthening of the sense of belonging through various laboratory moments to strengthen actions, in a sharing of objectives and strategies focused on building an increasingly strong identity of the nursing professions.
The working groups – we read on the Fnopi website – addressed central issues for the development of the identity of the nursing professions: the process of academic training; the development of research; the organizational and governance model for the enhancement of the profession and institutional, internal and external communication.
