The property not far from Arcore, restored and enhanced, has found a buyer “after a very short period on the market”
Now it’s official: Villa Maria, the luxurious residence that Silvio Berlusconi had bought in Rogoredo di Casatenovo, in the province of Lecco and not far from Arcore, for what was his partner Francesca Pascale, has been sold. This was announced, in agreement with the Berlusconi family, by Lionard, the luxury real estate company, which followed the negotiations. The property, which has undergone major restoration and enhancement works, quickly found a buyer «after a very short period on the market», the company explained.
The rumors about the sale in progress had begun to circulate on the occasion of the civil union between Francesca Pascale and the singer Paola Turci, which took place two days ago in Montalcino, in the province of Siena. “Up to now, the utmost confidentiality has been observed both on the property and on the negotiation, in respect of the privacy that we guarantee to our customers – specifies the CEO of Lionard Spa, Dimitri Corti – however, in light of the recent speculations released by non-involved third parties in the negotiation, we have chosen to derogate from our modus operandi to clarify that the villa is no longer available on the market “.
It had been some time, however, that Francesca Pascale had no longer lived in the property purchased by the entrepreneur in 2015. In fact, she would have moved to Tuscany, leaving the town of less than 15 thousand inhabitants in Lombardy. The amount for which the Villa was sold is still unknown, which was instead purchased for 2.5 million euros and subsequently subjected to a major restoration. The house that was to be the symbol of the bond between the former premier Silvio Berlusconi and Pascale extends for 1500 square meters, surrounded by about 30 thousand square meters of park.
