His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, on Sunday, blessed the brotherly Kuwaiti people with the assumption of Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah as crown prince.
