UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Tuesday there was “still a way to go” in talks aimed at resuming Ukraine’s grain exports from the Black Sea.
Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said on Tuesday that military delegations from Turkey, Russia and Ukraine would meet with UN officials on Wednesday to discuss the issue.
“We are working really hard but there is still a way to go,” Guterres told reporters. “A lot of people are talking about that, and we’d rather try to do it.”
