Last weekend umawa opened its doors, the new and exclusive traditional cuisine restaurant in a fusion space created at Las Colinas Golf & Country Club and which consolidates one of the highest quality gastronomic offerings in the region.
Customers who decided to go to the restaurant in its first hours of existence, were able to taste an interpretation of the best known Japanese and Mexican dishes, while discovering the most innovative Nikkei proposal that is so fashionable in the main capitals of the world.
A unique gastronomic idea in the region
At the end of the evening, all attendees agreed on the success of the combination of flavors created by Alfonso Lillo, the chef at Las Colinas who has already given life to another successful gastronomic proposal such as that of the unik restaurant.
