News coming soon
So let's see what it is: the Škoda Vision Gran Turismo it is a single-seater electric prototype with all-wheel drive, created exclusively for Gran Turismo 7 as the debut of the Czech manufacturer within the series. Inspired by the 1957 Škoda 1100 OHC Spyder, developed to compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Vision Gran Turismo is a modern tribute to the historic model.
The car is equipped with two 200 kW (272 HP) electric motors, one per axle, contributing to a total power of 800 kW (1,088 HP), with all-wheel drive capable of ensuring particularly responsive driving.
The second car is AFEELA Prototype 2024, and this is also a prototype, which has the particularity of being developed by Sony itself, in collaboration with Honda. In fact, this is the car presented by the Sony Honda Mobility joint venture for the creation of an electric hatchback sedan capable of representing a cutting-edge driving technology.
The car features numerous innovations both in terms of the engine and driving assistance, as well as advanced comfort thanks to a passenger compartment particularly designed to offer various services and entertainment to users. Everything is obviously replicated perfectly in the game.
Finally, the third car is much more traditional: it is the Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 Sport Coupe '70a 1960s muscle car with a very sporty spirit, which subsequently evolved into the 1970 model present here, representing the most powerful mid-range car on the market at the time.
Other new features of the update concern the addition of Extra Menu n° 38: “Ferrari with 12-cylinder engine” (from Collector Level 38), the “San Diego” scenario added to the Scapes and three new events in the World Circuits:
- Japanese Clubman Cup 550: Alsace – Village in reverse
- American A/P 550 Challenge: Trial Mountain Circuit – Reversed
- Vision Gran Turismo Trophy: Grand Valley – Highway 1
