Golikova announced the possibility of obtaining covid-certificates for PCR after February 1

It will be possible to obtain a covid certificate based on a negative PCR test result after February 1. This follows from the amendments that the government will introduce by the second reading of the draft federal law on covid certificates, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said, she is quoted as saying TASS.

The Deputy Prime Minister added that, according to the amendments, the Ministry of Health will have the right to set the validity period of covid certificates if a Russian has a medical exemption from vaccination.

In addition, the military and those equivalent to them will receive digital documents in compliance with data protection, Golikova said.

Draft amendments on the use of digital documents in public places that confirm the fact of vaccination against COVID-19 or the disease were submitted to the State Duma on November 12. The initiative does not regulate the operation of public transport, pharmacies, grocery stores and outlets with essential goods. Initially, from February 1, it was proposed to issue covid certificates for access to public places only to those vaccinated, those who had been ill and those who had a medical exemption from vaccination.
