Colima, Col.- A total of 50 officers from the Secretary of the Navy (SEMAR) They arrived this Saturday in Colima to reinforce the security operations that authorities of the Municipal Policeof the Department of Public Security of the State (SSP), the National Guard (GN) and the Secretariat of National Defense (SEDENA).

During the administration of the current president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), Colima has been listed as the state with the highest homicide rate in the entire country (288 murders per 100,000 inhabitants)this according to the latest report from the Ministry of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) of the Government of Mexico.
