The version PC Of Ghost of Tsushima received the first update created by Nixxes, which introduces a series of technical improvements linked in particular to the operation of DLSS 3 and FSR 3 technologies.
As we had the opportunity to write in our analysis of Ghost of Tsushima on PC, the Sucker Punch title offers in this edition a large number of settings which allow you to scale the experience to different configurations, but still needs some refinement.
“There patch 1 of Ghost of Tsushima for PC is now available on Steam and the Epic Games Store,” wrote Nixxes. “This first update contains various changes to improve stability and fixes a couple of visual bugs related to the DLSS 3 frame generation and AMD FSR 3 upscaling.”

The details of the update
The changelog forupdate 1053.0.0522.1042 it’s pretty dry:
- Stability improvements.
- Fixed visual bugs that could occur when transitioning from cutscenes to gameplay with NVIDIA DLSS 3 Frame Generation enabled.
- Fixed graphics that could appear when combining AMD FSR 3 upscaling with Dynamic Resolution Scaling.
As mentioned in the aforementioned analysis of Ghost of Tsushima, however, some uncertainties persist in the use of frame generation, both on the NVIDIA and AMD side, as well as some random frame rate drops during some phases of the game.
